Alex is a self-taught artist residing in the Hudson Valley. Originally from New Mexico, she moved to New York City to pursue a creative career after graduating from New Mexico State University. 

Always influenced by nature and its ability to spark wonder, Peacher's background in dance and peculiar perception of the world heavily influence her works movement and composition. Whether she's challenging the states of matter by throwing wet wax on a canvas or using the most elementary of tools to create whimsical collages , she always remembers to stay curious.
